KINGDOM PLANTAE

 

There are different types of plant species, sorted and classified into a separate kingdom known as Kingdom plantae. [74]

 

The Kingdom plantae can be defined as multicellular, autotrophic eukaryotes, which conduct

photosynthesis.

The Kingdom Plantae contains about 300,000 different species of plants.

Kingdom plantae is vital for life of Earth, as they are the primary source of food for all other living creatures present on planet earth. [74]

2. Angiospermaphyta

3. Filicinophyta

4. Coniferophyta
